The shaper is if a good quality. But the sizing charts were off. I am a size 18 so I purchased a 3XL and to my dismay the shaper was extremely big! Naturally I wanted to return it for a smaller size, so I contact customer service for the needed information to do a return/exchange. The customer service rep has tried to convince me to keep the big shaper and accept a small refund. You can not do a return or an exchange. They won't even give you the return address. I sent correspondence to the email provided through the website for a week concerning my return and I was told that I could only be refunded $9.80 of the $50 I spent on the shaper! I didn't even want a refund, I just wanted a smaller size. The product was of a good quality, but the customer service is horrible! Customer service is key when you want return customers. Because of the terrible customer service, I will never purchase with this company again.

It was just what I needed...great fit!!

It fits perfectly and smooths out the spots that makes me look pregnant. It is very comfortable I just wish the private area had snap buttons and not just a hole

Love it! After measuring myself I bought the 1X. Fit fine but I still noticed a little pudge. So I went and bought this one an XL and it fits even better! The crotchless part is a little strange but it works! Would definitely recommend this. The straps are a little tight on my shoulders but it's still wearable.

Love it. Will bring your waist in 2 inches. I bought a size large to have a smaller size while I lose weight. It wasn't to tight to wear. I'm 180 5'2

This is a wonderful bodyshaper. Quality is even better than expected, the hooks along with the zipper are a perfect touch and the length is very comfortable. Would give 5 stars but it unfortunately does not run true to size, it is a bit too small... I don't know if it stretches when worn alot but I am sure if you buy only ONE size bigger then it will be perfect. Shipped exactly on time.
